**What We're Looking For**
We’re looking for music from artists who want to share their work with a wide audience and build a fanbase. Whether you’re a rapper, singer, musician, band, MC, producer, or DJ, we want to hear from you! All we require is that your music includes visuals (of some kind) and that these videos are unique, creative, and entertaining. The quality of the video does not have to be professional. We will select videos based purely on talent and originality.
Videos you can submit include (but are not limited to):
- Music videos
- Live performances (with good quality audio)
- Freestyles
- Creative/unique sets and mixes (not just bedroom mixes)

1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
Non-Delivery of Service: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon service within the specified timeframe, you may be eligible for a full refund. This includes instances where the promotion has not started within the expected period.
Technical Errors: If technical issues on our end prevent the proper execution of your order, we will work to resolve the issue promptly. If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund may be provided, or you can get any other service for the same price you paid for.
Change of Mind: If you decide to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it and the promotion has not yet been initiated, we can issue a full refund.
2. Cases Where Refunds Are Not Issued
Refunds are not typically issued in the following scenarios:
Results Not as Expected: While we strive to provide effective promotion services, we cannot guarantee specific results, such as the quality of streams or followers. Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with the outcome of the promotion, provided the service was delivered as described.
Customer Error: If you provide incorrect information, such as a wrong link or details for the promotion, and the service has already been initiated based on that information, a refund will not be issued. We encourage you to double-check all details before submission.
External Platform Changes: If changes or updates on external platforms (e.g., Spotify, Apple Music) affect the delivery or visibility of our services, we cannot provide refunds, as these are beyond our control.
Crypto Payment Method: Payments made using cryptocurrency are non-refundable. Due to the nature of cryptocurrency transactions, all sales are final and cannot be reversed.
